Live the unique experience offered by our exclusive restaurant, Callampa. Contemporary and sustainable Amazonian cuisine. Named in honor of an exquisite mushroom that thrives at the base of trees, Callampa offers three-course meals elaborated with ingredients harvested from our organic garden and supporting crops from local producers. Some of the produce is seasonal, such as native fruit like umarí and zapote, while others are available throughout the year.
Discover the jungle and organize your visit according to a 3 Day/2 Night or 4 Day/3 Night itinerary that include visits to waterfalls, our ancient guardian trees or community workshops that will enrich your stay. Follow the cacao route and finish by crafting your own chocolate bar or come to understand the social organization and benefits of the Meliponas, stingless bees that produce a spectacular and unique honey, with a visit to our on-site apiary.
The minimum time needed to fully immerse in the Peruvian rainforest. On the first day, enjoy nature walks before nocturnal visits to the frog ponds to spot wildlife. The next day, navigate jungle paths to reach hidden waterfalls or a rushing river followed by an interactive Cacao and Chocolate Making workshop. On your final day, if time permits, stop by the Bosques del Papel workshop to learn from local women who skillfully turn plant fibers into handmade paper.
