Only people who manage the website also use WordPress session cookies (wordpress_*), which are necessary to log in.
3. Embedded content from third parties
- Vimeo (home page video): loaded in «do not track» mode, without tracking cookies.
- ArcGIS / Esri (map on the Guardian Forest page): may use technical cookies needed to display the map.
- Google Fonts: does not use cookies, but your browser connects to Google to download the typeface.
4. How to accept, reject or change your choice
The first time you visit the site you can accept all cookies, reject the optional ones or choose by category. You can change your decision at any time from «Cookie settings», a link that is always available in the footer. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from using the website.
You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge…). If you block necessary cookies, some parts of the site may not work properly.
